Today 16th of April 2017 is the Grand Opening Ceremony of the Qatar National Library and it will be attended by His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim, His Highness the Emir the father Sheikh Hamad, and Her Highness Sheikha Moza. It will also be attended by a number of dignitaries, presidents, and representatives of their majesty and nobility, some former dignitaries and presidents, and a number of senior officials.

It is a library that seeks to preserve Qatar’s national heritage that provides opportunities for the Qatari community to take stock of the facilities and knowledge. Working hours are 77 working hours per week.
